Shipping: We ship within 2 business days.
Our Return Policy
Food items: Because our foods are perishable, we can't accept returns on food simply because it wasn't to your taste. But if something arrives damaged, spoiled, or isn't what you ordered, we'll happily replace it or refund you β just send us a photo and let us know. No need to mail anything back.
Everything else: You can return non-food items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility β unless the mistake was ours (wrong item sent, or it arrived damaged), in which case we'll cover it.
To start a return, just reach out to us at the shop or by email and we'll take care of it from there.
Hot weather & chocolate
Chocolate can melt in warm weather, so on very hot days (around 80Β° and up) we won't mail chocolate items that could arrive melted. If that affects your order, we'll reach out before shipping to ask whether you'd like us to swap it for something else, or how you'd like to handle it.
