Shipping

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
• We ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates and available options are calculated at checkout.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make address changes.

Damaged Orders

We carefully package every order for shipping. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.

Warm-Weather Shipping
During periods of extreme heat, we may substitute heat-sensitive items such as chocolate with an item of equal or greater value to help ensure your gift arrives in good condition. If chocolate is shipped during warm weather, we recommend tracking your delivery and bringing the package inside promptly.
