Shipping
We ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive tracking when your order leaves our shop. Carriers do not pick up on weekends or holidays.
Food Returns
For health and safety, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or something’s not right, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right with a prompt replacement.
Warm-weather note: chocolate and other heat-sensitive items may soften in transit. Please bring packages inside promptly. Hot weather packaging is available for a small fee. Please inquire.
*For corporate orders: approx. 1-2 weeks with the exception of our holiday season when turnaround time may be a bit longer. thank you!
