For shipping: we will fill a shipping box with fluff and tissue along with JUST the products. Items will be wrapped in tissue, red paper fluff and a gift note can be enclosed.

We ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive tracking when your order leaves our shop. Carriers do not pick up on weekends or holidays.

For health and safety, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or something’s not right, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right with a prompt replacement.
Warm-weather note: chocolate and other heat-sensitive items may soften in transit. Please bring packages inside promptly. Hot weather packaging is available for a small fee. Please inquire.
