***For shipping, we ship the products in a gift box (no basket). We include paper fluff, tissue and a note that says who the gift is from. Be sure to add this in the "notes" box during check out. We ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive tracking when your order leaves our shop. Carriers do not pick up on weekends or holidays.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or something’s not right, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right with a prompt replacement.
Warm-weather note: chocolate and other heat-sensitive items may soften in transit. Please bring packages inside promptly. Hot weather packaging is available for a small fee. Please inquire.
