**For shipping, we ship the products in a gift box (no basket).  We include the fluff, tissue and a note that says who the gift is from.   Be sure to add this info in the "notes" box during check out.

We ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive tracking when your order leaves our shop. Carriers do not pick up on weekends or holidays.

Food Returns
For health and safety, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or something’s not right, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right with a prompt replacement.


Warm-weather note: chocolate and other heat-sensitive items may soften in transit. Please bring packages inside promptly. Hot weather packaging is available for a small fee. Please inquire.

AMAZING!

I would definitely buy again. The care in the service and attention to detail was incredible. My boss loved the gift, and when she returns to Brazil, she will always have a cookie cutter to remember Michigan! <3 Thank you to the person who took the time to write the note by hand and in Portuguese, it made all the difference!
