How Your Gift Arrives
Each Michigan Pantry gift is carefully packed inside a sturdy white gift box designed for safe shipping and beautiful presentation.
Products are nestled in decorative paper shred with tissue wrapping and protective packaging when needed to keep items secure during transit.
Glass items are wrapped for added protection, and each box is finished with thoughtful details to create a gift-ready unboxing experience.
Please note: baskets shown in some photos are used for local pickup or delivery displays. Shipped orders arrive in a gift box rather than a traditional basket.
**Because many of our products are made by other small Michigan makers, occasional substitutions may be necessary based on availability or warm-weather shipping conditions. Any replacement items will be thoughtfully chosen to reflect the same quality, presentation, and gifting experience.

We ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive tracking when your order leaves our shop. Carriers do not pick up on weekends or holidays.
Food Returns
For health and safety, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or something’s not right, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right with a prompt replacement.
Warm-weather note: chocolate and other heat-sensitive items may soften in transit. Please bring packages inside promptly. Hot weather packaging is available for a small fee. Please inquire.
*For corporate orders: approx. 1-2 weeks with the exception of our holiday season when turnaround time may be a bit longer. thank you!
