There's nothing better on these cold winter days than a hot bowl of homemade soup. This recipe using our dry dill dip mix will not only fill you up but will sure give you than warm and cozy feeling. Perfect for today!
1 pound of fresh pork sausage
1 medium onion chopped minced Garlic to taste
3 cups chicken broth
1 single bag of Fresh Vegetable Dill Dip
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
2 cup cubed potatoes
2 cups sliced mushrooms (I like baby Bella's)
2 cups frozen Italian green beans
1/4 pound sliced pepperoni
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
Fry sausage in large pot until lightly browned. Add onion and sauté until translucent, then add garlic and cook for another min. Drain gross if need. Stir in broth and the next 4 ingredients. Cover and simmer until vegetables are almost cooked, about 20 mins. Add beans and pepperoni and cook for at least another 10 mins. Stir in cream and serve hot.
